ODE TO THE BIG DOPE

   Clever and funny and wise
    but make no mistake
         he slips
          cries
     tries not to lie
     most of the time
    with love in his heart
     and food on the chin
    he loves the children
     everyday with a grin
    but as for perfection
    he's not there yet
    he'll want to keep trying
    on that you can bet,
    but as night follows day
    you'll certainly say
    he may not get it right all of the time
    but at least he's a dad who like to play...
    what does Ali think about that?
